About Founder

Tapash’s Society for a Smile, established in 2022, is the heartfelt initiative of a devoted mother of Tapash, an extraordinary boy with Down Syndrome. Driven by her conviction that every individual has a significant purpose, she views challenges as opportunities for growth and advancement toward a more inclusive community. The society’s mission focuses on inclusion, empowerment, and transformation, ensuring that people with disabilities have the chance to live with dignity and independence.

Our organization is committed to helping individuals with disabilities on their path to self-discovery and identity. We offer outstanding resources and services designed to empower them to achieve their maximum potential in health, education, social integration, and economic independence. By promoting inclusion and dismantling obstacles, we help turn dreams into reality and transform lives.

Our philosophy is straightforward yet powerful: rather than dwelling on the darkness, we choose to spark small but significant lights of hope. Through our initiatives, we create a path toward a brighter and more inclusive future where every person is valued and respected.
